Monica Kelley, Secretary/Treasurer

 

 

Monica Kelley, Secretary/Treasurer of White Bridle Humane Society has been involved in volunteer groups most of her life.  Much of her volunteer work has been with the Texas Society of Professional Engineers and currently with Boy Scouts of America.  Monica provides much of the technical and organizational support for White Bridle.
